Arrive at Incheon International Airport : Immediately outside the airport is the bus terminal. At the bus terminal is a ticket booth where you can purchase a ticket for bus no. 602-1 costing 8000 won. Take the airport bus no. 602-1 at either the bus platform 5B or 12A. Bus service operating hours are 05:45am~22:30pm at 25~30 minute intervals. Get off at Sungkyunkwan University bus stop (the journey travel time is about 1 hour). Opposite the Sungkyunkwan bus stop is a Burger King. Go down the street between Burger King and SK Telecom. Walk for 200 metres until you get to Ediya Espresso Coffee shop. Turn left here and the Happy Road Guest House is 50 metres ahead, nearby the Bin's Club.. Refer to road map attached with pictures

From Seoul station by Subway..
Take the Subway Line 4 ( the light Blue line ) heading North, towards Dangogae.
Travel 6 stops North from Seoul Station , then get off at Hyehwa Station. Leave the Station by Exit 4, and follow  the directions- After a few minutes walk, the road will turn a little to the north and you can see across a big street, a street starting with "Burgerking" on one side and SK Telecom on the other. There will be 4 small side streets and a lot of small shops, but at the first big crossing, turn left.  
There is a EDIYA espresso coffee shop on that corner and  a "Buy the Way,"  a  24hour convenience shop,and on the right   is "S-mart."  Turn left  on the "EDIYA",  Directly in front of you, on the third floor of the building straight ahead, you'll see a sign for "Amie cafe."a and there’s a guest house on the left of that cafe, you can’t miss it. ‘By Taxi in seoul. Tell  the driver --Please, take me to "Sungkyunkwandae Jungmun " or You can show  this to a taxi driver, "성균관대학교 정문앞으로 데려다 주세요". For Korean Language Sung kyun kwan(성균관) Dae hak kyo(대학교) Jeong moon ap eu ro(정문앞으로) Dae ryo da joo se yo(데려다 주세요) Don't forget - If you phone us from Hyewha Station or the front gate of Sungkyunkwan University, we'll   come  to   pick you up!
